It has a blueish tint and I was told it wouldn't look right on me in one Mac store but I ended up leaving due to poor service anyway. After trying it in another Mac store (with much better service!) it looked fine so it's now happily residing in my make up bag. :)<br /><br />I'm Vietnamese/Chinese and therefore have olive skin but if you don't layer it on too much this shade isn't as extreme as people may think - since it has a lustre finish. Applying lip balm beforehand helps tone it down too. Just be sure to keep everything else simple! I wear mine with brown pencil eye liner (top), silver eye liner (bottom), subtle gold eye shadow and bronze/pink blush.<br /><br />Also, the proceeds go to a good cause. Music theory always put me off so I used to wing my way through lessons by memorising the songs and pretending to read the score lol. As a result, I had a tendency to play songs I like but now I regret not paying more attention and learning properly in order to progress. Listening to classical music and watching performances always bring a pleasant form of nostalgia and I wish to pick it up again when I start working and can afford lessons.<br /><br />Here are some classical versions of popular songs I've discovered recently:<br /><br /><center><iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OlVbEclPj4c" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="390" width="640"></iframe><br /><br /><iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/wzZTS00HvPM" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="390" width="480"></iframe><br /><br /><!--copy and paste--><object height="326" width="446"><param name="movie" value="http://video.ted.com/assets/player/swf/EmbedPlayer.swf"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><param name="wmode" value="transparent"><param name="bgColor" value="#ffffff"> <param name="flashvars" value="vu=http://video.ted.com/talks/dynamic/JakeShimabukuro_2010-medium.flv&su=http://images.ted.com/images/ted/tedindex/embed-posters/JakeShimabukuro-BohemianRhapsody-2010.embed_thumbnail.jpg&vw=432&vh=240&ap=0&ti=1063&introDuration=15330&adDuration=4000&postAdDuration=830&adKeys=talk=jake_shimabukuro_plays_bohemian_rhapsody;year=2010;theme=a_taste_of_ted2010;theme=spectacular_performance;theme=live_music;theme=the_creative_spark;event=TED2010;&preAdTag=tconf.ted/embed;tile=1;sz=512x288;"><embed src="http://video.ted.com/assets/player/swf/EmbedPlayer.swf" pluginspace="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" bgcolor="#ffffff" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" flashvars="vu=http://video.ted.com/talks/dynamic/JakeShimabukuro_2010-medium.flv&su=http://images.ted.com/images/ted/tedindex/embed-posters/JakeShimabukuro-BohemianRhapsody-2010.embed_thumbnail.jpg&vw=432&vh=240&ap=0&ti=1063&introDuration=15330&adDuration=4000&postAdDuration=830&adKeys=talk=jake_shimabukuro_plays_bohemian_rhapsody;year=2010;theme=a_taste_of_ted2010;theme=spectacular_performance;theme=live_music;theme=the_creative_spark;event=TED2010;" height="326" width="446"></embed></object></center><br /><br />I'm not sure if this is a cover of anything but I've always had a soft spot for it:<br /><br /><center><iframe title="YouTube video player" class="youtube-player" type="text/html" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/GMUlhuTkM3w" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="390" width="480"></iframe></center><br /><br />If you like these then there are also <a href="http://me-me-diary.blogspot.com/2010/12/fame-monster.html">more I uploaded previously here</a>.<br /><br />The following links are covered by <span style="font-style: italic;">St. Martin's Symphony of Los Angeles</span>:<br />• They did an interesting take on<a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://open.spotify.com/track/7yIw4TfZFhWRgqQo8CUFQx"> 'Poker Face'</a> . After all the dark times life throws at you it's good to have something to keep you going and look forward to, so I've decided to log all of my favourite things into a little book. Computers are great and I have tonnes of links and pictures saved but it's not the same as having something physical to hold, to play and to bond with.<br /><br />I don't expect this to interest many people since it's mainly for myself, but I thought the idea might inspire people to have a similar outlet - even if they didn't think they needed it. :)<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:130%;" >This is me/Me.</span><br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUSJtmKsK9jZnDtkvui30tZsJ1Y1Bn9qix32wZegyIR80LxozTHBihJ_EdSxC07KxMjGEIVi0JzM3UcqQYZeo2IQdTy1lVUrv0Ltt_O4ougi9ZfBBf1Idwmk5cyOhrdeQ3tL16TEVZ0WK0/s1600/me-Me00.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUSJtmKsK9jZnDtkvui30tZsJ1Y1Bn9qix32wZegyIR80LxozTHBihJ_EdSxC07KxMjGEIVi0JzM3UcqQYZeo2IQdTy1lVUrv0Ltt_O4ougi9ZfBBf1Idwmk5cyOhrdeQ3tL16TEVZ0WK0/s400/me-Me00.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5550235813291117954" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiISA3_rI_yT0Py3HiFayVWJiyHYyvmnNkE-RBAeA7rfkhfILBitzwD7Q_YD3myCO3FCK4qpHfYMpkJADydtnQKWQ7zhu6FEcmtEk0hMN47l7L4aYIvwaTI6bQN57123z4B4gCyqW1YOMEJ/s1600/me-Me01.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiISA3_rI_yT0Py3HiFayVWJiyHYyvmnNkE-RBAeA7rfkhfILBitzwD7Q_YD3myCO3FCK4qpHfYMpkJADydtnQKWQ7zhu6FEcmtEk0hMN47l7L4aYIvwaTI6bQN57123z4B4gCyqW1YOMEJ/s400/me-Me01.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5550235424966882434" border="0" /></a><br />^ I've been on a bit of a dress-buying spree lately!<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhu2CH9PAzFBZEEjDVkiw1w73oJpeKzAtJquBcoRrp_gd5kEO-iz63AjGpOgEuIlsXueMxwMHu7NYqo9nAITYRRxQMTEJcWk_jlh3OgoKieLjT8FSlHieH9L8ByQlIDLbFywegzRJrnP5Zp/s1600/me-Me02.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhu2CH9PAzFBZEEjDVkiw1w73oJpeKzAtJquBcoRrp_gd5kEO-iz63AjGpOgEuIlsXueMxwMHu7NYqo9nAITYRRxQMTEJcWk_jlh3OgoKieLjT8FSlHieH9L8ByQlIDLbFywegzRJrnP5Zp/s400/me-Me02.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5550235415536487074" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgA-PDFW8fJyGNGdyPHLktIAd7FFBaUt0DAWV_SiDzudgVop_yrK8aiVNwMTRal1VspMY6bFYSmW-lEy8DUTeZisPNnFBF8sxFc-W8hNwcE_kVQrt3ND6K3qMVCtQ3nuKkNqQOMfoOKuroM/s1600/me-Me03.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgA-PDFW8fJyGNGdyPHLktIAd7FFBaUt0DAWV_SiDzudgVop_yrK8aiVNwMTRal1VspMY6bFYSmW-lEy8DUTeZisPNnFBF8sxFc-W8hNwcE_kVQrt3ND6K3qMVCtQ3nuKkNqQOMfoOKuroM/s400/me-Me03.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5550235414366518370" border="0" /></a><br />^ I like the colour combinations in this Juicy Couture ad.<br /><br /><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLAcanIzth3iItIB0Y9OGsknoXBzYYW-QSA0kndufbf_H-mV2J0qwR9tP5dSGscSnsLSKyBLVM-jXx2ueIFM5RrI9jD3OKMCaSSwP_hnb9f1kqV-rUzrsW8D42dsccTrDUl7YWLXf8iNZw/s1600/me-Me04.jpg"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLAcanIzth3iItIB0Y9OGsknoXBzYYW-QSA0kndufbf_H-mV2J0qwR9tP5dSGscSnsLSKyBLVM-jXx2ueIFM5RrI9jD3OKMCaSSwP_hnb9f1kqV-rUzrsW8D42dsccTrDUl7YWLXf8iNZw/s400/me-Me04.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5551261487605405410" border="0" /></a><br />^ The patterns used in the beads look Norse...<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjMgVYgrymXVnZCF6c1r6d2I6_B58GCYpvwRBV4cO2AHn4Wk-CkggDuOVpvMnkd5XnLRFB8XgTLmDMcQrFGMXy-rQgiF7Y5JxDPFUn9Lae9OKKGiibShbNWG3vaflSC-ACfwDjHinCVDal/s1600/me-Me05.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 271px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjMgVYgrymXVnZCF6c1r6d2I6_B58GCYpvwRBV4cO2AHn4Wk-CkggDuOVpvMnkd5XnLRFB8XgTLmDMcQrFGMXy-rQgiF7Y5JxDPFUn9Lae9OKKGiibShbNWG3vaflSC-ACfwDjHinCVDal/s400/me-Me05.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5550235394291550242" border="0" /></a><br /><br /><br /></div>The front cover and blog banner hasn't been sorted out yet but I'll upload those when I get round to them.<span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><br /></span></span><span><br />I've no idea how regular updates will be for this but it's a start at least!
